At the street-facing side of the distillery, you can purchase The Ethical Spirits’ gin in bottles or as take-out drinks.
While peeking into the distillery behind the glass, let our staff guide you through the stories of our gin and botanicals, and explore the aromas of our gin with perfume bottles to find your favorite drink.

Climb the stairs beside the distillery, and you'll find a cozy Bar & Dining “Stage”, almost like a hidden gem. We offer original cocktails featuring The Ethical Spirits' gin, perfectly paired with our cuisine.

R.The Rooftop Botanical Garden

On the rooftop, we grow botanicals and herbs for our gin as well as the cocktails and food menu at Stage.
From spring to fall, we utilize freshly grown herbs from our rooftop in our gin as well as the cocktails and food menu at “Stage”.
